Day 1 | Guwahati - Shergaon

- In the morning in Guwahati, we will pick you up from your hotel, airport or the railway station.

- Proceed on a scenic long drive to Shergaon (7-8 hours), thus entering the lush Himalayas of Arunachal Pradesh.

- Evening at leisure with a bonfire.

Day 2 | Shergaon

- Village walk of Shergaon.

- Visit to local fruit orchards.

- Visit to the monastery and the museum.

- Visit to a hidden waterfall.

- Picnic lunch by the riverside.

- Enjoy a bonfire in the evening.

Day 3 | shergaon - tawang

- Proceed to Tawang (7-8 hours) after a leisurely breakfast.

- En route visit Sela Pass at 13,700 ft.

- Evening at leisure in Tawang. You can request a bonfire.

Day 4 | Tawang

- Early morning visit the Tawang Monastery.

- Interact with monks and observe morning activities.

- Visit Buddha Statue and Tawang War Memorial.

- Take ropeway to Gyangong Ani Gompa, a peaceful Buddhist nunnery founded by Mera Lam Lodre Gyamtso.

- Enjoy a lunch in the market area.

- Explore the Urgelling Gompa which is the birthplace of his Holiness the 6th Dalai Lama and built about 600 years ago.

- Visit the Regyaling Gompa which displays fine architecture and lush greenery.

- Visit the handicrafts centre to learn about local arts and crafts.

- Evening at leisure along with bonfire.

Day 5 | Tawang - Sangetsar Lake - Bum La Pass - Tawang

- After breakfast, excursion to Bumla Pass (15,200 ft) where you will visit the India-China border and interact with the army personnel.

- En route visit the beautiful Sangetsar Lake surrounded with majestic mountains of all sides.

- Also visit Pangong Tang Tso Lake.

- Visit to Taktsang Gompa which is one of the oldest Gompa's in India and is believed to have consecrated by the visit of Guru Padmasambhava in the 8th century AD.

- Return to Tawang by evening. Can request a bonfire.

Day 6 | Tawang - dirang

- Leisurely breakfast.

- Leave for Dirang (7-8 hours).

- En route visit Jung Falls and War Memorial.

- Evening at leisure along with bonfire.

Day 7 | dirang - sangti valley - bishum phudung - dirang

- Leisurely walk to explore Dirang.

- Explore the quaint and picturesque Sangti Valley.

- Riverside lunch at the mysterious village of Bishum Phudung.

- Evening at leisure. Can request bonfire.

Day 8 | dirang - Guwahati

- After breakfast, drive to Guwahati (7-8 hours).
